The NSW Attorney General, John
Hatzistergos, has launched an urgent
review of all legislation surrounding
graffiti vandalism six months after
the introduction of the Summary
Offences (Display of Spray Paint Cans)
Act 2006. The review aims to tackle
the ever increasing costs of graffiti
vandalism, which generates an annual
$100 million clean up bill for the NSW
Government and its agencies.
