Garry Coggan, Manager of Harris Farm Markets in NSW has been employed in retail for over 10 years, working with Newport Food for Less during high school and after completing HSC moved onto various roles at Woolworths. Garry first joined Harris Farm Markets 2 years ago as a stacker and has now progressed to a management role. Garry’s passion for retail is very evident. He has a strong sense of discipline and teamwork gained from both working in the retail environment and his involvement in an elite sports program.
Garry is results driven, highly motivated and a well balanced individual with a clear perspective of what he wants to achieve in his retail career. With this in mind, it is no wonder that Garry was runner up for the ARA National Young Retailer of the Year. The high level of professionalism and dedication displayed by Garry and all our young contenders has certainly ensured that the future of the retail industry is in great hands.
