<p><strong>Body:</strong>&nbsp;<p>ARA launched the ARA Online Retail Institute over 12 months ago and has progressively added to the suite of retail-specific training courses with 10 interactive programs now available and more in development.</p><p>The training courses are designed to cover retailrelated business skills such as product buying, visual merchandising, marketing, store operations and human resource management.</p><p>ARA Online Retail Skills Training is designed to be practical, interactive and reflect the real needs of retailers in the current climate.</p><p>The programs have been written by experienced retail industry experts providing real retail industry knowledge, skills and business tools. Each of these programs has been structured to maximise learning and is available for businesses to use as an ongoing business education tool.</p><p>Garry Terrill, ARA’s Senior Retail Consultant, said he had spoken to retailers from all over Australia who had accessed the online learning programs.</p><p>“Most retailers who have used the programs speak highly of its relevance and quality.
