ARA has recently distributed a large number of wage guides to members covering increases to Pay Scales from the first full-pay period on or after 1 October 2007 for constitutional corporations as well as the various state tribunal decisions impacting upon sole traders and partnerships. Members will have received National Circular NAT ER07/12 which sets out how ARA wage guides have been published in either hard or soft copy.
All wage guides are available at www. ara.com.au. Should members request hard copies of wage guides for those that have only been published on the ARA website please call ARA Employee Relations and the relevant wage guide will be forwarded to you. The below table summarises the decisions of the Australian Fair Pay Commission and the various State tribunals.
